How do I execute buddy-diag?

QA Cafe may ask you to execute buddy-diag on your CDRouter system and send the buddydiag.txt file to QA Cafe Support.

'buddy-diag' is a system diagnostic tool installed with CDRouter and buddy. The full path is /usr/bin/buddy-diag. When buddy-diag is executed, it will produce a log file called /tmp/buddydiag.txt that contains system and diagnostic information which may be useful for troubleshooting issues.

[root@seagull root]# buddy-diag

Please wait while the system diagnostic information is gathered...

The System diagnostic information has been saved to the following file:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 39626 May 10 04:57 /tmp/buddydiag.txt

Please verify its contents before sending it to support@qacafe.com

If your system contains a wireless interface, you should also include the --wireless option. This tells buddy-diag to collect more information about the wireless interface(s) in your system.

[root@seagull root]# buddy-diag --wireless
