What interface cards, DSLAM platforms, and CMTS platforms do you recommend for use with CDRouter?

QA Cafe recommends the following network interface cards, DSLAM platforms, and CMTS platforms for use with CDRouter setup:

Ethernet

Most ethernet cards will work under Linux, but if you are adding new ethernet cards to your system, we do recommend the Intel Pro cards. The cards are available in single, dual, and quad port versions. They are also available for different types of PCI connections including 32 and 64 bit. Please check your exact PCI slot specifications before ordering.

Wireless

Wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n

PCI Wireless - SparkLAN WMIA-199N
- Utilizes ath9k driver and works automatically with Linux kernels 2.6.28 and up
  (NOTE: NOT currently supported beyond kernel version 2.6.35)
- Device is Mini PCI, but works well with a Mini PCI to PCI adapter
- Dual-band, supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless bands
- Note that WPA supplicant must be removed

USB Wireless - D-Link DWA-160
- Utilizes ar9170usb driver and works automatically with Linux kernels 2.6.32 and up
- Dual-band, supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless bands
- Note that WPA supplicant must be removed

Note: The following wireless adapters require the use of "DriverLoader" or "madwifi" which has been deprecated in CDRouter 7.0 and is no longer supported.
