Is there an easy way to select multiple tests in BuddyWeb's Package Editor Wizard?

Yes. Within a module you can select a single test, hold down the shift key, and click on another test. All tests between the two selected tests will be automatically selected or deselected.
Note that with BuddyWeb included through CDRouter 4.3, the shift+click functionality works only on test cases and not on test modules. This functionality is included with CDRouter 5+.
