Why does it take so long to load the Results page in BuddyWeb?
The time it takes to open the Results tab in BuddyWeb increases as the number of results increases. Typically the delay associated with opening the Results tab is unnoticeable until the number of results exceeds 500, although this is largely system dependent. When there are less than 500 results (typically) there is no noticeable delay.
Solution
The amount of time it takes to load the Results tab in BuddyWeb can be minimized by periodically archiving older results. Results can be easily archived in BuddyWeb by selecting the results you wish to archive from the Results tab and moving them to an existing or new archive using the "Move to Archive" drop-down box.
