What operating systems does CDRouter support?

CDRouter supports the 32-bit versions of most major Linux distributions including:

  • Ubuntu
  • Fedora
  • Red Hat Linux
  • openSUSE
  • Debian

CDRouter can also be run on other Linux distributions that are compatible with RPM packages. Please contact support@qacafe.com for more information on alternative Linux distributions.

Recommended operating systems

QA Cafe currently recommends the following operating systems for new CDRouter installations :

  • Ubuntu 7.04
  • Ubuntu 7.10
  • Ubuntu 8.04
  • Fedora 7
  • Fedora 8 *Does not support DriverLoader/wireless

Notes

  1. CDRouter does not currently support Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  2. CDRouter does not currently support 64-bit operating systems. If you have 64-bit hardware please be sure to install the 32-bit version of your chosen Linux distribution before installing CDRouter.
