How do I tell CDRouter to wait for each WAN interface to connect before starting a test?

The testvar wanAlwaysOn is used to indicate that CDRouter-Multiport should wait for a particular WAN interface to connect before starting any tests. This testvar should be set for each WAN group that is defined: 

  testvar wanAlwaysOn           yes

If the WAN interface is not required, or does not always stay connected (as in some dual-wan backup-type configurations), the testvar wanAlwaysOn should be set to no: 

  testvar wanAlwaysOn           no
