My results are not showing up in the Results tab!

Following the completion of a Package, the results and logs for that Package will be saved in the results. If these are not appearing as you expect them to, you can try to rebuild the result indexes as follows:

  • Open the "Advanced" tab
  • Click the button labeled: "Primary results list: Update" (this may take a while if you have a lot of results)
  • Click the button labeled: "Result archives: Update" (again, might be slow if you have a lot of data saved)

All results that are stored on the system should be available now from the Results tab. Be sure to check any archives you might have created if you're still missing results.

Also, make sure that you do not have any Filters enabled on your Results page.
