Sales and Business Growth Executive

What you'll do

Our customers are our biggest fans because our products have improved their lives. Our customer list includes Intel, Apple, eero, Netgear, Qualcomm, Google and hundreds more! Our sales team is very successful but is hungry for more. The Sales and Business Growth Executive will focus on cultivating well qualified prospects and creating more sales opportunities.

It will be your objective to make initial contact with businesses that would benefit from QA Cafe’s products. You’ll effectively articulate our value and create strategies enticing them to engage and wanting to learn more.

You’ll need creative research methods to find things like:

  • Who are they and what is their business culture?
  • What motivates them?
  • What challenges are they facing?
  • How can you approach them with the right message at the right time?

Initially we can tell you exactly who should be using our products and provide insight and messaging. We have a great process to get you ramped up and comfortable. As you grow we expect you’ll improve the process, make your own, or create business opportunities based on your strengths. We will support, celebrate, and reward you as you help grow our business and your career.

Qualifications

These are the characteristics of someone who will excel in this role:

  • A "can-do" attitude that sees obstacles as challenges to be overcome rather than blockages
  • Be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude, and exceptional listening skills
  • Love of technology and preferably a desire to build a career in technology sales
  • High levels of personal energy, passion and drive
  • An eagerness to learn and continuously improve

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least five (5) years’ experience developing new sales opportunities, preferably at technology focused company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce as primary CRM
  • Experience with other sales tools, such as Cirrus Insight and Sales Navigator
